I had tried biotin, collagen in my coffee, and the expensive one everyone talks about. Nothing. Started these in June, two with dinner. Around week three I rinsed my hair and looked at my hand and there were four strands, not a clump. I stood there with the water off. I don't know how else to describe it. Ordered the three pack after that.

55, perimenopause since 51. My ponytail had gotten so thin I was wrapping the band four times. Month three I noticed it went around twice and was tight. That was the moment for me, not the mirror. The softgels are dark, almost black, which worried me at first until I read why. They're big but go down fine with food.

Honest review. First month I saw nothing and almost sent them back. Kept going because of the guarantee. Week eight I noticed my brush wasn't full and I hadn't cleaned it in over a week. Now at week eleven there are small dark hairs coming in along my part. Four stars only because I wish I'd been told to expect two months, not two weeks.
